To me, motion and movement have been the keys to feeling better as one grows older. The people around me are always suggesting to ‘hire somebody’ or ‘get a riding mower’ etc. , and I have insisted that that was a way I did not want to go!

Walking twice a day, using a bongo board, and stretching have given me the movement that I want to face life feeling better every day….. Participating in sailing, kayaking, and skiing have all benefited from the basic aerobic and muscle flexing activities that begin and end my day …… and it is so easy to incorporate into any lifestyle – especially as you age!!!! As much as I wish, I cannot erase the years…..all 68 of them!
